All parents want is to raise good/educated children. It is very simple in your mind, but not so simple in practice. Then, they have to check with their partner how this style compliments (or clash) with your partner’s desired style. Lastly, parents have to understand (and celebrate) their own child’s temperament, birth order, and developmental stage.
